I am a life and health coach (former esthetician, massage therapist and yoga teacher) so fitness is really a big part of my life. I also love empowering people to make the most out of their life, go for their dreams and move past any areas where they feel stuck.

Kristen Kurtz understands the demands of life in our modern day society. She spent years struggling to find her career and burning herself out along the way.  She found herself having very little energy, anxiety attacks, low blood sugar, and dietary issues. After earning her health coach certification from the Health Coach Institute, she learned the tools to transform life from surviving to thriving. Kristen will empower you to move forward by decluttering your life one layer at a time. The process Kristen will take you through is fun and effective. She understands how to tap into what you need, identify it, and then give you the tools necessary to move forward in areas that you are stuck.

What will a coach do?

A life or health coach is a professional who helps you reach goals or enhances your life for the better. A coach will help you to identify what you want, how you can achieve it, and obstacles that are blocking your pathway to success. Most importantly, they provide support and accountability along your transformational journey.

Why hire a coach?

Sometimes you just need a little guidance, or a fresh perspective and awareness of new tools! It is beneficial to have someone outside of your circle of close friends, family, or coworkers to take an objective look at your life – to help you see out of your current frame of mind and to start moving forward. A coach helps you unlock the reasons why you aren’t achieving your desired outcome. Most of us know what we want but still haven’t achieved it.

What takes place at the initial meeting?

We will discover what your ideal life looks like and how to love yourself and your life through a step-by-step, easy process! You will answer a few initial questions to help me uncover your goals and what might be holding you back, and then we’ll start with a coaching session. This will all be done in a way that feels right for you!

Will my sessions be confidential?

All meetings, conversations, and questions are between you and Kristen Kurtz Coaching, and no one else. I am not here to judge anyone or share others’ information. I am here to help transform you into the best version of yourself.

What are your rates?

Is one session okay to do?

Yes, one session is fine! However, the best way to go about lasting transformation is to create habits, which takes time. A longer commitment allows for more work in the areas of your life that need attention. Habit change leads to behavior change, and that takes more than one session.
